We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return and send your order back to us.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
• Original packaging with tags intact
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement. Alternatively, email us with details of the item you'd like instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
