Shipping policy

Once we get your order, we start processing the order for  shipment immediately and we are unable to make changes to, cancel, or alter your order.

You will receive a shipment confirmation within 1-3 business days. Depending on where you live shipping takes 2-5 days shipped via our logistics partners. 

PLEASE enter your address carefully as we can not make changes once you have confirmed the order.

Heart In Bows is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Customers are responsible for packages as soon as they enter the logistics partners system. If there is an issue with your package once it is in Logistics hands, you must contact your curior partners office for help.

Once an item has been shipped, it is out of our hands and we cannot control when it will arrive, when it gets marked as delivered, we cannot locate your package if it goes missing, etc. If your package is missing please file a claim with your local post office as there is nothing we can do on our end.
